First of all, I'd like to acknowledge how brave you are for considering asking for help. It's a challenging thing to do and I feel privileged to work with those who recognise the need to make change, big or small, in their lives. My goal as a psychologist is to create and hold a safe space for you to explore the thoughts, feelings and actions that are working, or not working, in your life and support you in taking steps to create a life that is satisfying and meaningful. You will do the work, but it will be my pleasure to partner with you and be your objective outsider and sounding board.
