I’m a qualified counsellor at A Sharp Mindset. I hold study majors and certification in Menopause, Grief, Relationship Counselling and Coaching and ADHD Coaching. I bring over 40 years of lived experience to the team, supporting individuals through trauma, grief, and significant life challenges. My passion is supporting and empowering women from ages 12 to 90. My approach is warm, empathetic, and non-judgemental and I always aim to create a safe and welcoming space, whether sessions are in person or online. I use practical, evidence-based therapies—including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy—always tailored to each person’s unique needs, and strengths, as we work together towards your goals. I work respectfully with people from all backgrounds and place strong importance on confidentiality, trust, and genuine care. I look forward to meeting and supporting you in the best way I can.
