I am passionate about helping people and guiding them to become better versions of themselves. My one focus is Women’s overall wellness; in ALL aspects of her life and in turn, a positive effect on her relationships. Her sexuality, self-esteem, emotions, intuitions, sensations, experiences.......; all uniquely intertwined, that makes her distinctively “Her!” You have a life story; not only comprising of your past but also connecting your dreams and expectations for the future and then the current reality of your present. I also focus on Couples; through providing guidance on how they can improve the quality of their relationship. What is imperative is to consider the needs of your partner, without neglecting yourself. Thus, I like to engage with clients on how they can be themselves in a relationship, and who they are as individuals. My aim is to work on communication. My special ability; the ability to listen to your unique story and help you "connect the dots" to bring clarity to situations. You need someone to talk to; be heard, no judgment?
