Mrs Lauren Stark Naturopath

Lauren is a fully qualified practitioner with a Bachelor Degree in Health Science majoring in Naturopathy and Nutrition, specialising in health and wellness for the whole family. Lauren works closely with her clients adopting the principles of Naturopathy and treating the whole person, taking into consideration the presenting condition and symptoms, utilising functional testing and the individuals’ current lifestyle and budget. As a mother of two school aged children Lauren understands that life can be a juggling act; and is very passionate about having a realistic and practical approach to health and wellness. Utilising the principle “Nature is Cure”, in conjunction with evidence based research; Lauren shares her knowledge and skills to her clients empowering them to adopt healthy long-term changes.
