I am someone who is personable and laid back, yet professional and experienced. My style of practice aims to treat you like a human being and not a number, while helping you overcome the challenges you are facing. I don’t work with just one ‘type’ of therapy. I choose frameworks and strategies based on the individuals needs presenting in front of me. My approach is non-judgemental and genuine. I look forward to meeting you and hearing your story.
