Mrs Larissa Braga Counsellor (Registrar)

PACFA Registered Clinical Counsellor and EMDR Therapist providing trauma-informed counselling for adults and young people aged 16 years and over. I support clients experiencing the impacts of trauma, anxiety, ADHD, low self-esteem, life transitions, grief, and relationship challenges. I also work with parents and carers seeking support to better understand and support their neurodivergent children. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I aim to create a safe space where you can better understand your experiences, build on your strengths, and develop meaningful strategies for change. Based in Billinudgel, NSW, I offer in-person and online sessions across Australia in English and Portuguese.
