Kylie is a warm, non-judgemental Accredited Practising Dietitian who is passionate about helping everyone reach their health goals. She enjoys working with people of all ages in a supportive and empowering way to improve their health and well-being. Kylie believes it’s never too late to make positive, healthy changes. She takes a holistic approach to treating a broad range of conditions to help you become your very best. She is dedicated to providing evidence-based nutrition advice relevant to you and equipping you with the tools and strategies to achieve long-term and sustainable change. Kylie has worked for over 20 years as a Primary School Teacher and was awarded the Laureate Professor Clare Collins Excellence in Paediatric Nutrition and Dietetics Prize in her final year of university. She understands the challenges of educating and encouraging children to eat well. As a SOS-trained feeding Therapist and also a mum of two children with food intolerances, Kylie has personal experience making nutritional adjustments to improve children’s eating habits amidst the chaos of life. She is passionate about providing guidance to families to develop a balanced lifestyle that incorporates healthy eating practices. Our Dietitian clinics are located at Copacabana, Woy Woy, Tuggerah and Wyong.
