Hi, I’m Kylie — counsellor, human, and someone who has absolutely had days where my brain behaves like a browser with 47 tabs open and not a single one responding.
My style is warm, relatable, and human. No clinical stiffness. No judgement.
And yes — I’ve been through IVF myself, which means I understand the emotional rollercoaster, the jargon, and the whiplash of hope and fear. But that’s just one part of what shaped me as a counsellor. It also deepens how I sit with anyone navigating anxiety, overwhelm, identity shifts, stress, or those “I’m barely holding it together” seasons of life.
I hold a Bachelor of Counselling, which basically means I spent years studying how humans grow, connect, misunderstand each other, say the wrong thing, fix the wrong thing, try again, fall apart a little, and keep going anyway.
I’m also a proud member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA), which is the professional way of saying: I take this work seriously, I follow ethical standards, and I’m committed to giving you safe, grounded, high-quality support.
