You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted from managing anxiety, trauma, neurodiversity, or complex mental health challenges. You may be seeking a psychologist who understands both the emotional and practical realities of living with ADHD, autism, or the impacts of trauma—and who can offer structured, evidence-based support in a compassionate, non-judgemental way.
I am a registered psychologist with a Master’s degree and experience supporting adolescents, adults, and older adults across a wide range of mental health and neurodevelopmental presentations. I provide a calm, respectful, and trauma-informed therapeutic space where we work collaboratively to build skills, reduce distress, and create meaningful, sustainable change that fits your real life.
My approach is warm, structured, and practical. I aim to help clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped with tools they can use beyond therapy sessions.
