Initial Appointments

For initial appointments, a $120 deposit applies. The deposit will be deducted from your nominated bank account once the Intake and Consent form has been completed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees are charged if the scheduled appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time as this time has been set aside for the client and cannot be filled at short notice.

$80.00 Cancellation fee within 48 hours
$120 Cancellation fee within 24 hours
Full Fee for same day cancellation or non attendance on the day (No Medicare Rebate applies)

All subsequent bookings will be suspended until the cancellation fee is paid in full.

In order to assist the client with managing their appointments, the Provider may send a courtesy email and/or SMS reminder of an upcoming booked appointment. However, this is a courtesy service only.

Should the Provider experience staff shortages or technical difficulties, the sending of the email or SMS cannot be guaranteed. As such, it remains the responsibility of the client to keep track of and attend sessions. The absence of an SMS reminder will not lead to cancellations being waived. This service agreement will be reviewed following three late cancellations and may be voided by the Provider.
