Mrs Katerina Stratilas Psychologist

Katerina Stratilas has completed her Masters in Clinical Psychology and has obtained her clinical endorsement to practice as a clinical psychologist with specialised training in ASD and ADHD. Katerina currently holds full registration with the Psychology Board of Australia. As part of her experience, Katerina has been dedicated to improving the emotional, social, behavioural and educational wellbeing of individuals on the Autism Spectrum, with experience in working across all age groups- children, adolescents and their families. However, she has a specific interest in children and adolescents on the Autism Spectrum so that they can build the foundations to live a more fulfilling life. Katerina is also experienced in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of a range of developmental, learning and behavioural difficulties in clinical settings with an array of experience managing psychological difficulties such as developmental disorders, anxiety disorders, depression, anger management, behavioural difficulties, emotion regulation difficulties and parent-skills training. Katerina’s skill set also includes working with educational staff in school settings, as well as running groups/workshops tailored around emotion management and social skills. Katerina has also works directly in the educational setting as a school psychologist to further optimise her understand and support of children and adolescents who experiencing emotional, social and behavioural difficulties. In her work, Katerina recognises that everyone is unique, and are experts in their own lives, and she believes by individually tailoring therapy through the eyes of the client, we can support individuals in living more fulfilling lives.
