My focus is to provide you with a safe environment to examine your life and work out what really matters to you. Life is full of challenges. It’s impossible to avoid challenges and difficulties. Everything is constantly changing. Counselling will enable you to develop self-understanding and to feel more in tune with your life and how you are in the world. I will support you and sit with whatever issues you bring with empathy and genuine interest in your life. I am a humanistic counsellor and my work incorporates person centred therapy and existential therapy.
