Establishing a strong rapport is at the forefront of my practice and I look forward to working in partnership with you, to achieve your therapeutic goals. I believe in a holistic, flexible, client-centered and caring approach. I will truly listen to you and provide a safe space for you to work through your concerns. Jeraldine completed a Bachelor of Arts, with a double major in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology. She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Jeraldine is trained in evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Jeraldine has experience working with older adolescents, young adults and older adults. She has significant experience working with people experiencing anxiety and interpersonal difficulties. She has also delivered counselling in Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), including Psychological First Aid in response to numerous critical incident and trauma related events. She has worked in a range of settings, including custodial corrections, community corrections and several private practices.
