I am looking forward to getting to know you as a unique individual, and to working together with you towards your goals and also towards living your best life - a life you value. In the process, I may draw on a variety of modalities, however the therapeutic relationship is key. My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, relational, empathic and collaborative. I appreciate how much of a privilege it is to get to know my clients and to work together with them in the most meaningful way. I look forward to working with you.
