Mrs Janine Meinig Nurse Practitioner

Originally from Germany, Carmen - also known by her middle name Janine, has over 20 years of nursing experience across community nursing, general practice, and public hospital settings, with specialised roles in colorectal, IBD, nurse navigation, and clinical trials. After completing both a Master of Nursing and a Master of Nurse Practitioner studies, she now works as a Nurse Practitioner with a strong focus on metabolic health and sustainable weight loss. She is passionate about helping people improve their health in realistic and achievable ways — because health should fit into real life, not revolve around lettuce leaves and misery. Outside of work, she enjoys family time, hiking, camping, travelling, gym sessions, and adventures with her dogs.
