Janine Allen is a highly experienced practitioner. Having worked in the community services sector for over 30 years, she has firsthand experience as a caregiver of a family member with a disability. Janine has provided her skills within support work, service management, support coordination, restrictive practices, case management and in the role of senior practitioner. Janine is a skilled Practitioner who delivers supports across the span of people’s lives. She has delivered results in the areas of restrictive and non-restrictive practice - positive behaviour support plans, therapeutic interventions, complex case management and the implementation and training of positive behaviour support plans. Janine is best known for her work with people who have complex needs and systems in their lives. In Abbey Health Consulting, Janine has connected to her ultimate passion, which includes providing high quality, uplifting and motivational care of people who live with disabilities. Janine brings a wealth of knowledge in the form of direct service delivery, and with respect to key business projects for non-government organisations and businesses focused on the well-being of others.
