I understand that therapy can be daunting, especially if you’ve never spoken to a professional about your mental health challenges. I offer an empathic, warm, and non-judgemental approach to therapy. I take a collaborative, holistic and strengths-based approach and teach evidence-based skills and strategies to help you build a meaningful and rewarding life, regardless of your circumstances.
I look forward to working as a team to support you in your journey of self-awareness, resilience, and personal fulfillment.
