Mrs Emma Ashley Counsellor (Provisional)

Mindful Connections Online Practice, Wellington

Overview

Life can be overwhelming, and struggles with self-worth, relationships, and recovery can feel like an uphill battle. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore these challenges, helping you break free from harmful patterns, rebuild confidence, and create meaningful change. Using a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approach, along with a culturally responsive lens, I support clients in managing anxiety, improving self-esteem, navigating life’s transitions, and staying committed to their recovery journey. My lived experience with mental health and recovery allows me to offer genuine understanding, practical strategies, and hope for a better future.
