She specialises in working with young people and their families to achieve recovery and reintegration in their daily lives. Elizabeth has over 30 years’ experience in the education sector as a qualified teacher giving her a deep understanding of the dynamics involved in family settings. She believes in the the fundamental role of family members in helping their loved one back to a healthy and fulfilling life.
With a professional interest in narrative approaches, Elizabeth draws on psychodynamic, person-centred, behavioural, cognitive and mindfulness theoretical orientations empowering clients to facilitate change using evidence-based interventions.
