I am a trauma-informed, attachment theory focused person-centred counsellor. My qualifications include a Diploma and a Graduate Diploma of Counselling, and I am currently undertaking a Master of Psychotherapy and Counselling (to be completed by 2025).
I started my career in the health industry as a Pharmacist, back in Brazil, but as a result of my immigration and own personal healing journey, I realised that working as a Pharmacist was no longer aligned with who I was becoming.
In needing to re-start my personal and professional life from zero as well as find my own answers, strengths, and soul stamina, I became increasingly interested in the many different dimensions of healing, and progressively disenchanted with compounding and dispensing medicines.
Ultimately this interest led me to a total career change. I now work as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist, supporting women to restore power, wellbeing and purpose in their lives – one conversation at a time.
