Mrs Cath McLellan Psychologist

Cath is a registered psychologist, and prior to this she was a certified yoga/meditation teacher. She is empathetic in her practice, and an enthusiastic and motivated individual who has a proven background in working with children, youth, and adults with a variety of mental health issues, at both an individual and group level. Cath delivers cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapies to assist individuals towards positive mental health and wellness outcomes. Being open to continual learning and self-discovery through her special interest areas of positive psychology, trauma therapies, yoga and meditation; allows her to assist people to live their best possible life.
