Caroline is a registered Melbourne based psychologist with over 15 years experience working in a variety of contexts. She has worked at a leading hospital in mental health working with a wide range of complex difficulties. Caroline sees clients in her own successful private practice focusing on the assessment and treatment of clients with mental health disorders, people wishing to improve their general wellbeing and functioning and boosting sporting and work performance. She works with athletes of all levels including international/Olympic level. Her company, Performance Edge Psychology delivers evidence based and innovative training to businesses, athletes and schools focusing on mindfulness, acceptance, focus, resilience, and compassion. "The Wellbeing Project" delivers cutting edge training for happiness, wellbeing and peak performance. The program delivers an evidence-based and practical approach to managing and developing healthy, committed and productive people. This unique program uses powerful psychological tools to make positive changes to reduce stress, self doubt, poor decision making, loss of focus, lack of direction and anxiety.
