Mrs Bulbul Chopra Psychologist

I have extensive 8 years of working experience with people (children-adults) diagnosed with Intellectual disability, autism, dual diagnosis, Bipolar disorder, depressions, anxiety, stress, post traumatic stress disorder, domestic violence, injured people and many more. I have great passion to work with this population. I am a strong follower of Cognitive behaviour therapy which usually also includes Acceptance and commitment therapy, Solution focused brief therapy, exposure therapy with the incorporation of trauma informed practice as well as psycho educational programmes and relaxation. I am currently working with the Department of Family and Community Services- Ageing, Disability and Homecare (ADHC).\r\n I started as an Intern Psychologist with the Department in 2008 and have ever since enjoyed working with them whilst gaining more skills and knowledge in Autism and Intellectual disability. I have also worked in private practice for a number of years, including Total Psychology management (TPM) for 2 years now.
