Overview

Brooke Seydler is the founder of Zest Clinical Psychology Services. She is a Clinical Psychologist & AHPRA accredited supervisor. Brooke has over two decades of experience in assessing & treating individuals coping with depression, anxiety, loss, stress, & managing change. She also has experience in helping people who have experienced trauma & individuals who have sleep difficulties. Brooke utilises evidence based treatments including CBT, Prolonged Exposure, EMDR, ACT, Mindfulness, & Positive Psychology interventions. Her commitment to a client centred approach ensures individuals feel heard, validated & supported throughout treatment and beyond. Brooke works with adults & older adults & is a registered provider for Medicare, Open Arms & Workers compensation. She has significant experience working with Veterans, serving Defence members, & emergency service personnel having worked in both government & private settings, including a private psychiatric hospital.
