Brianna is a registered Provisional Psychologist who is deeply passionate about people and the many ways we move through the world. She has worked in a range of private and community settings, supporting individuals through experiences including depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, grief, trauma and PTSD, chronic and terminal illness, relationship and family challenges, and the big, dark (often unsettling) life transitions that come with being human.
Brianna’s approach to therapy is practical, thoughtful, and evidence-based. Sessions are conversational and collaborative, drawing from CBT, ACT, EMDR and Gottman Theory. She believes therapy works best when clients are safe, understood, and genuinely accepted, and she is committed to creating warm, affirming spaces for all people. Brianna is LGBTQIA+, neurodiverse, and faith-inclusive.
Alongside her psychology training, Brianna is currently completing a Master of Sexology at Curtin University. This allows her to offer a respectful, non-judgemental space to talk about sexuality, intimacy, identity, relationships, and the parts of life that are often hardest to say out loud.
Brianna is available for face-to-face appointments on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and for online sessions on Thursdays at Mindspot Psychology & EMDR. She is on track to be fully registered in 2026.
