I have over 20 years of experience providing counselling and psychotherapy for people with a broad range of mental health challenges. I specialise in working with trauma, Post Traumatic Stress and cross-cultural mental health as an experienced trauma counsellor in community settings. My approach is collaborative, non-judgemental and trauma-informed. I embrace interconnectedness and all forms of diversity. I take a holistic, integrative and embodied approach, attending to the connection of mind, body, self and the environment to mental health and well-being. I am trained in Somatic Experiencing, IFS Level 2 , advanced EMDR and certified in Brainspotting, and I understand overwhelming experiences can’t be processed through talk therapy alone. I wholeheartedly believe that weaving brain and somatic-oriented modalities into therapy, with the support of the therapeutic relationship, can help stabilize and process traumatic experiences safely. I am passionate about supporting you to deepen your relationship with yourself and others. I believe that you have what is needed to heal. I am here to guide you to uncover what holds you back, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and release your past patterns so you can live an empowered and more connected life.
