I am a registered psychologist with experience working with children, adolescents and adults in schools and mental health settings. I have a strong work ethic and a passion for providing a high level of care to my clients. In therapy, my preferences is to work alongside the person using a wide range of skills such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Schema therapy, Solution-focused therapy and narrative therapy.
