Mr Yanni Staedel-Arnould Exercise Physiologist

Revolution Personal Training and Exercise Physiology 17A Market Street, South Melbourne, Victoria, 3205

Overview

Yanni is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist at Revolution Personal Training in South Melbourne. His clients range from office-based professionals wanting to lose weight and build strength, through to people relearning how to move and live independently after a stroke. His clinical focus is musculoskeletal and metabolic conditions and complex neurological presentations - persistent back, knee and shoulder pain, return-to-work and post-surgical rehabilitation, type 2 diabetes and cardiometabolic risk, and neurological rehabilitation aimed at regaining everyday independence. Yanni is also a strength and conditioning coach. He played professional basketball for five years and has led S&C for Knox Basketball Club and the NBL1 Knox Women's program, and that background shapes how he coaches: sound technique, progressive loading, and a clear reason behind every session. Every client starts with a full assessment and leaves with a program built around their goals, their history and the time they actually have - not a generic plan. He holds a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology, a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science, and a Bachelor of Business (Sports Management).
