Wes is a psychologist who takes a warm, grounded, and collaborative approach to therapy, creating a space where clients feel understood, supported, and gently challenged.
He works with anxiety, depression, life transitions, values exploration, interpersonal difficulties, chronic pain, grief, and trauma. His practice draws on evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, ACT, and integrates mindfulness throughout his work.
Before becoming a psychologist, Wes worked in change management, where he saw firsthand the mental and physical toll of workplace stress. He also deepened his yoga practice and taught Vinyasa across several Melbourne studios, using movement and mindfulness to support wellbeing.
Wes has supported people across education, community care, physical rehabilitation, and the disability sector. He is trauma-informed and offers culturally sensitive, non-judgmental care to people from diverse backgrounds.
Outside of work, he enjoys music, cooking, travelling, hiking, and camping.
