With more than 6 years of experience working as a community liaison officer, and a counsellor with many culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) clients, Wathnak uses many different counselling approaches including: person-centred therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, and behaviour therapy.
