Tom is a registered psychologist with experience supporting clients with a wide range of presenting issues. He recognises that seeking help can be difficult and is committed to creating a space where all can feel welcome, including people who are culturally and linguistically diverse, and people from sexual and gender minorities. Tom also has a degree in history in addition to his qualifications in psychology.
Tom’s approach to therapy is one of collaboration and openness, drawing on evidence-based modalities including cognitive behavioural therapies and interpersonal/relational approaches. He believes a relaxed and authentic atmosphere provides the foundation for psychological change.
