Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with diverse individuals who have experienced a wide range of psychological pain and distress. I have gained valuable experience in support work, adult inpatient and outpatient facilities, and have served as an esteemed associate for an EAP (Employment Assistance Program) provider, in addition to maintaining a private practice.
Recognizing the uniqueness of every client's story and experiences, I view my clients as both teachers and students. Together, we form a collaborative alliance aimed at achieving your desired outcome through a holistic and mindfulness-based approach. My primary objective is to facilitate conscious awareness, assist in breaking unhelpful patterns, support the connection to one's true inner self, and foster a fulfilling life. I find great humility and satisfaction in working with individuals who actively seek wholeness, regardless of their circumstances.
Outside of my professional commitments, I engage in activities that contribute to my personal well-being. This includes pursuits such as surfing, playing beach tennis, swimming, walking, practicing yoga, meditating, listening to music, cooking, reading, and ongoing studies. I firmly believe that connecting with nature and fostering relationships with living beings are vital elements of self-care and essential for overall well-being.
