I work with people who have complex health needs and multiple conditions, particularly those living with neurological disorders, chronic pain, cardiopulmonary challenges, or disability. Areas of expertise include: Neurological conditions: Stroke, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis (MS), motor neurone disease (MND), cerebral palsy, and other neurological disorders Pain management: Musculoskeletal injuries, persistent pain, and complex pain syndromes Cardiopulmonary rehabilitation: Supporting clients with heart and lung conditions alongside other health challenges Rehabilitation and recovery: Prehabilitation before surgery, post-surgical rehab, amputation recovery, and disability-focused physiotherapy General physiotherapy: Improving movement, mobility, and long-term health My goal is to help each person achieve what matters most to them—whether that’s walking to the letterbox, playing with grandchildren, returning to sport, or simply moving with more confidence and less discomfort.
