Overview
Accredited Exercise Physiologist providing services under WorkCover, NDIS, DVA, Medicare and HICAPS. I have a strong interest in supporting people with chronic musculoskeletal conditions, as well as promoting active ageing to help maintain independence, strength and quality of life. I offer both face-to-face and telehealth consultations to ensure care is flexible and accessible. I take a collaborative and client-centred approach, focusing on practical, evidence-based strategies to support long-term health and wellbeing.

- Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science (B. Ex Sport Sci); Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology (M. Clin Ex Phys)
