Shane is the Senior Physiotherapist at The Physio Movement (TPM), bringing a wealth of experience and a diverse skill set to the team. With extensive studies and formal qualifications in Education, Project Management, Sports Coaching, Food Coaching, and Physiotherapy, Shane embodies the philosophy that continuous learning is essential to personal and professional growth. Throughout his dynamic career, Shane has worked with Olympic sporting teams, world-class surfers on the Gold Coast, elite skiers and snowboarders in Canada, and on major oil and gas projects worth $30 billion. This varied experience has honed his expertise in sports injury management, running injury treatment, biomechanical analysis, postural and work-related disorders, and injury prehabilitation and screenings. Shane is also passionate about the role of health and nutrition in managing chronic disorders and injuries. He is dedicated to improving holistic health for individuals, families, and the community through his comprehensive approach to physiotherapy.
