I’m Sebastian and I started Better Health Solutions after completing a masters in Exercise Physiology (Rehabilitation) and a Bachelors of Applied Science (Sport & Exercise Science). I’ve combined my degrees with 7 years’ experience in sports and health with elite athletes, general public and children. Plus 4 years’ in postoperative aged care rehabilitation and clinical practice. It has enabled me to provide the most progressive and professional care to all backgrounds and abilities.
