I have been practicing as a psychologist for over a decade now. In these years, I worked with numerous people to overcome their inner struggles. As part of evidence based therapy, I often work with clients to find a different perspective of their lives and situations. Overall, I try to make clients feel understood, and heard during the session.

My main goal as a psychologist is to help people to re-discover their inner strengths. People are often very aware of their strengths and difficulties, but when things go south, they may need a little nudge from someone who is not their family or friends. I try to nudge and change in people’s perspective by pointing out other side of the story. To do so, I try to gain wholistic perspective of people’s life situation. Thus, I try to engage in a dialogue with people I work with. A dialogue where we can explore difficult issues in a safe space.
