Ross has been providing welfare and psychological services to couples, individuals, and in ACT independent and government schools to young people, staff and parents/carers for more than a decade. He is committed to inclusion in the education space and is neurodiversity affirming – working with people to discover their strengths, show self-compassion, and build great lives. A generally registered Psychologist and member of the Australian Psychological Society, Ross is committed to evidence-based practice to support clients. He uses frameworks such Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy and mixed modalities to support client needs. Ross can help with procrastination and goal-setting, anxiety and depression, family and friendship difficulties, managing stress, and many other difficulties. Ross is approachable, fun and collaborative as he encourages his clients to flourish.
