Rolf Lungwitz is a compassionate counsellor committed to helping people find clarity, meaning, and connection in their lives. He is a Certified Practising Member of PACFA (Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia) and works with adults and couples who are navigating emotional pain, relationship difficulties, grief, or uncertainty about the future. Rolf brings years of counselling experience, as well as warmth and empathy, to every session.
Rolf offers a thoughtful and non-judgemental space where clients can safely explore their inner world. He understands how overwhelming life can feel at times, and he gently supports clients to understand what is getting in the way of living the life they want. His sessions are grounded in curiosity, collaboration, and a genuine belief in each client’s ability to grow and heal.
Rolf works integratively, drawing on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Attachment-focused approaches, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices. He sees therapy as an opportunity to explore new perspectives and develop the tools needed to create lasting emotional change. Rolf is passionate about helping his clients move toward greater peace, resilience, and meaningful connection.
