Mr Rakib Islam Counsellor

Hi, I'm Rakib. I offer both online and in-person therapy for adults in a warm, supportive, and culturally sensitive space. I work with concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, adult ADHD, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, and life transitions, as well as existential and spiritual questions related to meaning, purpose, identity, and belonging. My practice is integrative and client-centred, drawing on EMDR, somatic practices, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, and creative, narrative, and feminist therapy approaches to support emotional regulation, self-understanding, and meaningful change. I value diverse life experiences and am committed to helping clients feel understood, respected, and supported as they move toward greater clarity and authenticity in their lives.
