Quinton is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist at Revolution Personal Training in South Melbourne. He works with people who have been told they should exercise but aren't sure where to start, or who worry that moving will make things worse - lower back or knee pain that won't settle, recovery after surgery or injury, managing type 2 diabetes and metabolic conditions, building strength and balance later in life, or exercising safely through cancer treatment and beyond.
His approach is to take the guesswork out of it. Every client starts with a proper assessment of how they move, what they're dealing with and what matters to them, then gets a program built around their life rather than a generic plan - and always knows why they're doing each exercise and what it's building towards.
Quinton sees NDIS participants and clients referred on GP Chronic Disease Management (EPC) plans, and works alongside the wider coaching and physiotherapy team at RevoPT so care joins up.
He holds a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology and a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science from Deakin University.
