Oscar Lopez is a psychologist who helps people with a range of problems and difficulties including anxiety, depression; grief and loss, stress, post-traumatic stress disorder; panic attacks; Obsessive-compulsive Disorder (OCD), phobias, shyness, anger, and relationship difficulties. Oscar uses many different therapeutical techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotional Focus Therapy, ACT and Hypnosis. He uses a client-centred approach, which focuses on each client’s individual needs. Oscar is a bilingual psychologist (Spanish and English) who works with men, women, couples, adolescents, and people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds in a professional, non-judgemental and sensitive manner.
