Hi, I'm Nick, I support men, women, adolescents, and families through life’s ups and downs — stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, and big life changes. With experience in community sport, leadership, and mentoring, Nick brings a practical, down-to-earth approach. He’s passionate about helping people experience both mental and physical wellbeing and creating a space where clients feel safe, respected, and understood. Sessions are relaxed, conversational, and pressure-free. Nick’s focus is on connection, confidence, and capacity building — helping people move forward feeling stronger and supported.
