From my own journey, I know that each one of us has the power to do this. I look forward to supporting you in this journey of healing and transformation. Mosese is a qualified Psychologist with a Masters Degree in Organisational Psychology. He currently holds General registration with Allied Health Practitioners Regulation Authority (AHPRA). Mosese is trained and continues to upskill himself in evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solutions Focused Therapy. Mosese's experience comes from a range of industries in the not-for-profit, government and private sectors within Australia and abroad, including transitional work with adults experiencing mental illness (trauma-related and personality disorders), transitional work with homeless young adults, assisting elderly citizens who are otherwise frail and care-dependent towards an independent lifestyle (UK), working with children and adults diagnosed within the Autism Spectrum Disorder. Most recently Mosese worked in the Human Resources field for a large global company, and prior to this, as an Organisational Psychologist for a government department. He is well versed and appreciative of the work-related stressors employees face that when not effectively dealt with can affect their mental health.
