"I worked with Michael for approximately ten months after being diagnosed with Osteopenia and hypertension. Over this time he has supported me through weekly sessions that has seen me increase my bone strength and help manage my blood pressure. Beginning sessions with Michael has been the best decision I've made for my personal health in a long time and I feel fitter and stronger than I did 10 years ago. He is extremely encouraging and thoughtful and I recommend him to anyone wanting to take the first steps to improve their health".
