Max has worked in the health and fitness industry for over 7 years. Having commenced his career as a personal trainer and lifestyle coach to help those in his community transform their lives in weight loss, athletic development and improvement of health outcomes, Max went on to gain is accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist at the University of New South Wales. Max's work has resulted in a number of lifestyle transformations across weight loss, older populations, chronic health conditions, sports development, strength and fitness goals, youth athletic development and general strength and fitness.
