I am very much looking forward to getting to work with you in achieving your goals and helping you to lead the life you want to be living. My approach to psychological therapy is first and foremost acknowledging that you are the expert in your own life and experiences. My aim in therapy is to use my expertise and knowledge to help guide in you improving your mental health, through understanding what’s important for you and within the context of your own experiences and knowledge. The research is clear, our relationship as therapist and client, and our agreement on your goals, are the most important factors for effective therapy, so these two components will always be at the forefront of our work together.
