Matthew is an accredited exercise physiologist who is highly motivated and passionate about facilitating a high level of evidence based best practices and solutions in healthcare and sports performance. Matthew's interests and clinical focus includes:Capacity building and therapeutic support services (strength; mobility; balance; stamina) for individuals affected by disabilities (NDIS).Exercise rehabilitation for those affected by chronic conditions; particularly metabolic, musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.Injury prevention and management for young athletes.Children's growth and development.Exercise and ageing - strategies to improve muscle and bone strength; reduce risks of tripping/falls and frailty.Physiological assessments, including aerobic capacity (VO2max), strength, body composition, mobility and neurological metrics.   • M.ClinExPhys.,B.ExSpSci.,AEP., AES.
