I believe psychology should be tailored to the individual, finding what style of therapy would best suit their needs and personality and adjusting my approach accordingly. Psychology can not only help people with their immediate need, but I strongly believe that it can create long term benefit by helping people understand how they can help themselves in the future. This is best achieved by getting to know the client as an individual, coming to a mutual understanding of their mental health issue and finding the most effective ways through the development of psychological skills to help them address it. I look forward to getting to know you and providing the best help I can.
