Mark's therapeutic approach emphasises helping clients achieve security, connection, competence, and purpose in their lives. His particular focus is on helping individuals understand and overcome the automatic patterns that may be holding them back from their full potential.Mark's practice focuses on treating a range of conditions, including anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, and addictive behaviours. With Masters degrees in both Psychology and Addictive Behaviours, he employs various therapeutic approaches, including Mindfulness, Cognitive Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and ISTDP (Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy). My professional experience spans both private practice and work in a residential mental health retreat.Mark's early career was in the software industry, where he led a start-up’s expansion into the United States. After transitioning from technology to mental health, he became a psychologist. This experience gave him a firsthand understanding of business-related stressors and workplace challenges. During this period, he developed an interest in Buddhism, mindfulness, and interpersonal psychology, which eventually led to his career transition into psychology.
